Building Your Foundation
Six in-depth sessions focused on building your nutrition and lifestyle foundation. Together, we will uncover your why, identify your health goals and make a plan that will fit seamlessly in your life. Sessions will be open, conversational and rooted in uncovering new opportunities and addressing challenges to help you feel your best.

Twelve in-depth sessions starting with building your nutrition and lifestyle foundation. From there, we will target specific life areas. This highly individualized program allows us to work together to establish a deeper health practice that will optimize all areas of your life.

For those who need high-touch support preparing for a wedding, special event, holiday or shoot, I offer custom programs that take the stress out of planning. In addition to nutrition and lifestyle support, this includes recommendations for appointments to make, exercise plans, beauty treatments and sourcing clothing and accessories with comprehensive timelines for each stage of the process with no detail left behind.
