Things I Love: Movement
An athletic-based pilates studio in Silver Lake. From Fundamentals to Power + Flow classes, there is truly something for everyone. Each instructor has a unique style so you will never get bored.
Hot yoga offering a ton of different classes (I like Modo Music and Yan Ying). They keep the room at a perfect temp, the instructors are great and there is plenty of space to move.
Karma Yoga (San Francisco)
Hot yoga and pilates studio in the Marina offering flows and HIIT. My favorites are the HIIT classes which blend pilates and yoga.
Favorite Hikes & Walks
Ray Miller Backbone Trail (Malibu)
One of my favorite hikes in Malibu. 5.1 miles, right on the coast with amazing views of the ocean and the Santa Monica mountains.
Glendale Peak Trail (Griffith Park)
Classic Griffith hike with great views of LA. It's a 3.6 mile loop or I will sometimes just go to the peak and back down which takes 45 minutes.
Elysian Park Trail
An easy ~2.4 mile hike through Elysian Park with lots of doggies. Takes about an hour to do the full loop.
Matt Davis Trail to West Point Inn (Marin)
A great ~5 mile out and back trail that brings you to the West Point Inn and has amazing views of the bay.
